When is the Exhibition?

The Spillcon 2019 exhibition will run from Monday 20 to Thursday 23 May 2019, during the Spillcon conference. There will be a time during the conference dedicated to the exhibition, when delegates will be encouraged to mingle throughout the exhibition hall and interact with the stands and products on show.

Where is the Exhibition taking place?

The Exhibition is held the space immediately adjacent to the conference at Crown Towers, Perth. Delegates will be able to access the exhibition space easily, and catering for the conference will be served here, providing ample opportunity to promote your products and services.

Exhibitor Profile

Each exhibiting organisation will receive:

  • A complimentary exhibitor listing on www.spillcon.com and in the Spillcon 2019 Program, including logo, contact details and company overview
  • 2 x complimentary Conference Passes which entitle each holder to attend:
    • All conference sessions
    • The Exhibition Hall and Exhibitor Showcase
    • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea (Tuesday-Thursday)
    • Welcome reception and Exhibition opening
    • Cocktail reception
    • Conference dinner
    • Access to the on-water display
    • Conference materials
  • A comprehensive Exhibitor Manual

Exhibitor Stands

The stands will be 3 x 3 metre shell-scheme exhibition stands, including:

  • Seamless frontrunner, walls and fascia
  • Velcro compatible
  • 1 x standard sign to display company name
  • 1 x set dual 60 watt spotlights (directional)
  • 1 x 240 volt/ 1000 watt/ 4 amp power outlet

Open floor space is also available for building custom exhibition stands. These do not come with walls, floor coverings or electricity supplied. The set-up and cost of these items for open floor exhibitors is additional.

Multiple stands can be booked.

What if I need more staff on-site than the two complimentary Conference Passes?

If you need additional personnel to man your exhibition stand, you must purchase additional Conference Passes.

Where do I find more practical information about exhibiting?

Three months before the event, each Exhibitor will be sent a Manual detailing timings, furniture, AV, opening times and accommodation options. If you would like any further information, please email Nicky Reading.

Bookings and Payment

Exhibition stands will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Stand numbers are limited and full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment can be made by MasterCard, AMEX or Visa and must be paid in Australian dollars.

Early bird (by 30th November 2018) $4,725 + GST (includes 2 delegate registrations)

Standard $5,250 + GST (includes 2 delegate registrations)
