Program and speakers may be subject to change.

For Sponsors

Sponsorship will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and full payment is required as soon as sponsorship has been confirmed. Invoices for sponsorship will be issued direct with payment options by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or electronic funds transfer.

All payments must be made in Australian dollars.

The Spillcon Event Team reserves the right to decline the request of any sponsor that seems inappropriate or unsuitable.

A letter of confirmation will be provided to confirm the sponsorship, together with a tax invoice for the required amount. Confirmation of sponsorship is conditional upon full payment being promptly received. The Spillcon Event Team reserves the right to reassign any sponsorship opportunity to another sponsor if these conditions are not met.

All sponsorship contributions must be paid in full prior to the event as per the payment terms listed on the sponsorship tax invoice. Once paid, there will be no refund for the cancellation of sponsorship. Sponsorship monies will be forfeited. Sponsorship figures quoted are in Australian dollars, excluding GST. GST will be charged at the time of invoicing.

For Exhibitors

The Spillcon Event Team reserves the right to decline the request of any exhibitor it deems inappropriate or unsuitable.

A letter of confirmation will be provided to confirm the booking, together with a tax invoice for the required amount. Confirmation of booking is conditional upon full payment being promptly received. The Spillcon Event Team reserves the right to reassign any booking opportunity to another exhibitor if these conditions are not met.

All exhibitor contributions must be paid in full prior to the event as per the payment terms listed on the exhibitor tax invoice. Once paid, there will be no refund for the cancellation of booking. Exhibitor monies will be forfeited. Exhibitor fees quoted are in Australian dollars, excluding GST. GST will be charged at the time of invoicing.
